3. IWC Masters Scholarships
IWC Masters Scholarships
International scholarships
A. Up to two (2) GWP-IWC scholarships, each valued at AU$79,311 (tuition fees + overseas student health cover + living expenses + student visa) co-funded by IWC and the Global Water Partnership (GWP). These two scholarships are directed to female candidates (in line with GWP’s gender strategy) who hold citizenship in one of the 85 countries where GWP has a Country Water Partnership.
B. Up to two (2) IWC scholarships, each valued at AU$50,776 (tuition fees + overseas student health cover) funded by IWC. These will be available for international students with no restrictions on gender or citizenship. Men and women are invited to apply, regardless of their country of origin.
Domestic scholarships
C. Up to two (2) IWC scholarships, each valued at AU$49,920 (full tuition fees) funded by IWC. These are available for Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or New Zealand citizens.

1. A completed undergraduate degree in a related field of study from an
internationally-recognised institution
2. English language proficiency. Most international students need to sit an
IELTS, TOEFL or PTE test and obtain the minimum scores as specified by
UQ’s English Language Policy.
3. Professional experience in a water related field is preferred but not
essential
MIWM program entry requirements
1. A completed undergraduate degree in a related field of study from an
internationally-recognised institution
2. English language proficiency. Most international students need to sit an

3. At least two years of professional experience (paid work or volunteering
experience) relevant to the program
