ITLP Mission Statement

• The IT Leadership Program is a fast track towards success at EMC. The program brings together bright and promising college graduates and helps them develop both business and technical skills through a combination of training courses and full-time rotations. Through their rotations they develop the experience, skills, and connections necessary to become a leader in EMC.

Breakdown of the ITLP

• 70% of time spent in rotation learning best practices and processes, networking with team, learning skills from manager to assist in becoming a leader within EMC IT.

• 30% of time spent doing ITLP related stuff– ITLP meetings– Bubble projects – Quarterly presentations to Leadership team– Exposure to different circle groups including but not limited

to WLF, ELLIT and the BEAG
