ELEMENTALS PERFORMING ARTS

All artists please make yourselves available during the times stated above and kindly follow the dress codes and schedules we discuss. Kindly inform me of any changes at least 48 hours before.

•Activities are between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM during the week days. Late pick up will incur a fee of €5.00 per child... •Please ensure that your child follow the dress code. Jeans are not allowed! Dress in loose fitting clothing for physical exercise.•The weekly schedule is subject to change, I will inform you of any alterations to the schedule!•Because this camp is not funded; I am kindly asking that you provide your child with some of their materials. •All participants must confirm that they will be available for the performances scheduled!

•Thank you for enrolling your child/children in this performing arts summer camp. If you wish to volunteer as a support team please do not hesitate to inform me. •None of our support artist and personnel offering workshops are being paid for their services, therefore any donations requested please make an effort to support our requests!•Any assistance you can offer will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your support!!!

PROGRAM

To have an effective program, all activities will be simple and our focus on the theme Elementals will include onsite and external activities. Therefore you will be required to endorse and approve all external activities we do with your child.

Please note this is not a funded activity; Performances of the activities will be on July 31st & August

28th, please confirm with us if your child will be present on these dates!

If a student is disruptive during the program, the student can expect the following consequences. 1. Verbal Warning, 2. Supervised Time Out, 3. Parent phone call, 4. If behavior does not improve; student will be removed from the Elementals Performing Arts Summer Camp with no refund.
