Welcome to our tour, bringing yoga and meditation into sacred sites of the Virgin Mary . Feel her energy of Love and compassion as well as experience spiritual healing through that journey starting at The Relais des Anges, “ Havre de Paix”, in Mercues. Discover the spiritual places of Southwest France, where the beauty of sacred sites opens the heart to love. An unforgettable initatic journey focused on cultural sharing and raising awareness, yoga, teachings, delicious meals, shared accommodations and time to rest in the sun. Day 2 -‐ SATURDAY, May 21

CASTLE OF MERCUES The day begins with a guided meditation and a very nurturing Raja Yoga (the Royal Yoga). We begin our tour with the XIIIth century Castle of Mercues (Relais & Castle), where we have a beautiful lunch at their gourmet restaurant introducing cuisine from the Quercy area to food-‐lovers.

At night, you will enjoy a crystal bowls and Gong concert at the Relais des Anges, a journey of transformation, powerful towards fullness , by pure, crystalline and vibrant of these instruments. Day 3 – SUNDAY , May 22

CAVE OF PADIRAC -‐ ROCAMADOUR & THE BLACK MADONNA http://www.et-‐in-‐arcadia-‐ego.com/html/Et_in1.htm

Following yoga, meditation and a nice breakfast, we are prepared to experience Rocamadour. Equal distance between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, amidst the Pyrenees Mountains in South West France is a shrine dedicated to the Virgin Mary. This shrine is known as the Black Virgin of Rocamadour. The rise and fall of the Cult of the Black Virgin In search of the lost City of the Celts: Uxellodunnum The first glimpse of Rocamadour is breathtaking and it is truly a beautiful sight. This setting is one of the most extraordinary in France. Perched on the side of a cliff, the village seems to defy the force of gravity. Opposite, and on a higher level is the sanctuary of St. Michel. Rocamadour is named after St. Amadour, which translates in local Occitan dialect “he who loves the Roc”.

What no guidebooks say is that she strongly resembles to the Egyptian Goddess ISIS together with her infant son Horus Is a protector of sailors. Jesus and Horus were both born



in a stable and both births are celebrated on the 25th December. Both the Virgin Mary and ISIS were worshipped as a virgin goddess and named the Queen of the Stars and Heaven. The saints most closely connected to the Black Virgin cult are St. Anne, St. Blaise, St. John the Baptist and St. Michel. At Rocamadour on the forecourt of the Black Virgin are 4 sanctuaries dedicated each to one of these saints. Lunch in Rocamadour Back home, at night, going into a deep relaxation, then a nice diner will cloture this beautiful day.

Day 4 – MONDAY, June 23th

PENNE D’AGENAIS The day begins with a guided meditation and a very nurturing Raja Yoga (the Royal Yoga) at The Relais des Anges. In all it’s splendor of forms and curves we will travel to Penne D’ Agenais. You will have an exceptional view of the Lot Valley, the village of Penne d'Agen and its river port on the Lot.

Its turbulent history, between the Hundred Years War and the Wars of Religion, have left a remarkable heritage: Ramparts and city gates, strongholds such as the Alaric Tower, manors from the 13th and 16th centuries, such as Jean Ferrand’s house. We will finish the night with a poem which will open our heart to Love.



Day 5 – TUESDAY, May 24th

the Cloister of The Cathedrale St Etienne

CAHORS -‐ ST CIRQ LAPOPIE The day begins with a guided meditation and a very nurturing Raja Yoga (the Royal Yoga) at The Relais des Anges. After visiting the Cloister of The Cathedrale St Etienne in Cahors, a real masterpiece of the Flamboyant Gothic style, constructed between 1493 and 1553, we will restore at a beautiful restaurant in Cahors. The castle stands on a rock Saint-‐Cirq-‐Lapopie ("The most beautiful villages of France"). The entire town seems to be like a museum. After it was "discovered" by the Post-‐Impressionist Henri Martin, it became popular with many other artists and the home of the writer André Breton.

Day 6 – WENESDAY, May 25th CAHORS ‘S MARKET, THE PATH OF ST JACQUES DE COMPOSTELLE

The day begin with meditation and yoga. Enjoy a nice breakfast at The Relais des Anges with home made marmalade. Decouverte of the Cahors Market, with all the colours and smell from the spice. In the afternoon, healing session with Brigitte Bruyez or/& Marc Sebire*. We will finish the day with Yoga and relaxation.



Day 7 – THURSDAY , May 26th

JOURNEY TO LOURDES We are leaving early in the morning to see Marty of Lourdes where Love and Peace will remain in your heart forever. Our Lady of Lourdes is in the town of Lourdes, France. The Sanctuary is a destination for pilgrimage. The first of these is the apparition of February 11, 1858, when Bernadette Soubirous, a 14-‐year-‐old peasant girl, reported that in her vision a woman in white spoke to her, “Que soy L’Immaculado concepciou”, (“I am the Immaculate Conception”), and asked that a church be built there. Lourdes is located in southern France in the foothills of the Pyrenees mountains near the prime meridian.

Day 8-‐ FRIDAY, May 27th JOURNEY TO LOURDES SACRED BATH & RITUALS OF THE VIRGIN MARY OF LOURDES France

You awake early in the city of Lourdes, close to the feet of Mary, in silence, singing mantras, and prayer, tapping into the sacred and healing bath of the Virgin Mary.

" Wash your face and ask God to purify your heart."

Day 9 – SATURDAY, June 28th JOURNEY TO LOURDES

Before going back home, you have time to shop around and bring back some holy water from the miraculous Source of the Virgin Mary as a souvenir. We return back to the Relais des Anges at night.

Day 10-‐ SUNDAY, May 29th



The day begin with meditation and yoga. Enjoy a nice breakfast Discover our country side with Bike ride in the vignors. Afternoon resting around the pool. Healing session with Lava stone, crystal and transmission with Brigitte Bruyez or/& Marc Sebire* in the afternoon optionnel and extras. Sharing evening Day 11-‐ MONDAY, May 30th Optional Yoga in the morning at 10:30 am Back to the airport END OF SEMINAR

The day begin with meditation and yoga. Enjoy a nice breakfast before the departure from Le Relais des Anges to Toulouse Airport or other destination. For those one who would like to extend their journey, there are possibilities to have individual healing session with Brigitte Bruyez or/& Marc Sebire* ( extras).

For flight planning, please see Logistics, below. Flights need to arrive by morning or early-‐afternoon of Friday the 20th of May Check out and departure will be the late morning of Monday the 30th of May. Flights departing in the early afternoon will be best. You will need to check with us BEFORE booking your flights so we can assure transportation to and from the airport. We only are able to accommodate one shuttle trip back and forth on arrival and departure day to ONE airport and we will need to organize the group's flights accordingly.
