10. Public acceptance
11. Ethical practice
12. Penalties

How does this relate to IVI and IT-CMF?
As use of IT-CMF increases, there is an growing demand for individuals with IT-CMF
knowledge and skills.
We know this through the success of
• IVI’s formal professional and academic education programmes
• Requests to IVI for people with IT-CMF practitioner skills
• IVI’s consultancy partners
We need to recognise and continually develop individuals with IT-CMF-related
competencies. The IT-CMF Professionalism Programme meets these growing needs by:
Building and maintaining IT professionals' knowledge and skills to the expertise levels
demanded by high-performing organisations
Developing an ecosystem to enable IT-CMF professionals to communicate, collaborate
and collectively support performance of IT-CMF-related activities
Continually developing performance to ensure professionals’ competencies are updated
as required
