SEPTEMBER HOLIDAY PROGRAM It’s hard to believe we are another term down and there is only one more to go for 2016! We hope you all enjoyed your time at OSHC this term and wish all of our families a happy and safe holiday. We look forward to hearing all of your holiday stories next term. Enrolments for the September holiday program are now closed. We will only be able to accept bookings on days where staffing allows and a late booking fee of $10 will apply. Cancellations will also result in the loss of the $5 deposit. Please note - where we are not advised of a cancellation, the full days charge will apply. We are contactable each day over the holidays on 9707 4656 or via email at [email protected] Please make sure you have a quick read of the holiday program each day to ensure your child is prepared for the day ahead. A few things to remember: All children will require a wide brimmed hat. Children without hats will be restricted with their outdoor activities. A packed lunch and drink bottle must be provided each day, unless otherwise specified on the program. Please pack extra snacks for your child if they are likely to get hungry during the day. Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for the unpredictable spring weather. Appropriate footwear is also required, i.e. no thongs. Please name everything your child brings to the program, eg clothing, drink bottles, lunch boxes and toys. Please note - any toys brought to OSHC will be the responsibility of the child. Electronic devices are not to be brought, the only ex- ception being techy day. 2017 ENROLMENT APPLICATIONS Enrolments for 2017 will open at 7am on October 14, 2016. Please note - enrolments will not be accepted before this time. You can complete the 2017 Enrolment Form online before printing or collect a hard copy from OSHC or the school office. Places will be offered to families in line with the Department of Social Service’s Priority of Access Guidelines and relevant OSHC policies. Information about this process can be found here or collected from OSHC near the sign-in book. FEES & INVOICES Invoices for care in week ending 11/9/16 were emailed out this week with payment due by Friday, September 23. CONGRATULATIONS We would like to congratulate Willem F (pictured) who recently competed in the Mid Gippsland Jnr Badminton Association finals taking out the E grade doubles and single final! What a great achievement! We would also like to congratulate Charli Trezise and Ruby Thornton-Mackay who competed in the AeroSchools National Championships in Bendigo late this aſternoon. We look forward to hearing all about it when they return. TERM 4 CARE NEEDS. If your care needs have changed for term 4, please see or email Britt with any changes before the end of the school holidays.
