■ Of the 10’s of 1000’s of positive likes, retweets, comments, etc. only 35 negative comments in feedback in three weeks.
■ 86% of negative comments came from same 4 individuals.
■ Collecting data from Twitter, Linked in, Blog and via email- a pattern develops…

■ Protect the company and the employee who uses social media!
■ Provides guidelines not only for those in social media, but for those that may not understand social media value.
