INVITING APPLICATIONS FOR STUDENT TRAINEES FROM SEMI-QUALIFIEDCA/ICW A STUDENTS

Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (APrIC Ltd.,) a premierState Government of Andhra Pradesh undertaking, engaged in providing world classinfrastructure in the industrial parks in the state of Andhra Pradesh invites applications from semiqualified Chartered Accountants 1 Cost and Management Accountants (CA/ICWA Intercompleted students) for appointment as Student Trainees purely on CONTRACT BASIS. Theprescribed age limit is less than 33 years as 01.06.2015. Preference will be given to freshstudents.

The appointment will be purely on contract basis initially for a period of two years whichmay be extended for a further period one year.

The selected candidates have to work anywhere in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Themonthly remuneration will be Rs. 20,0001- (Rupees twenty thousand only).

APTIC reserves the right to relax any of the requirements prescribed above. The APIICreserves the right to reject any application received without assigning any reasons therefor.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR APPOINTMENT AS STUDENT TRAINEE

1. The training period will be for a period of two years initially commencing from the date

of joining. Based on the satisfactory performance, the training period may be extended

for a further period of one year.

2. During the period of training, an amount of Rs. 20,0001- (Rupees twenty thousand only)

will be paid towards stipend.

3. The individuals selected will be posted in any of the zones located through out the State

State of Andhra Pradesh or Head Office.

4. The student trainees are not entitled for any other allowances such as DA, HRA, LTC,

Medical Expenses, Conveyance Expenses etc., or benefits during the training period.

5. The trainee will abide by the Standing Orders of the Corporation. Any deviations from

the Standing Order of the Corporation will be construed as misconduct and this may

result in abrupt closure of the training.

6. The performance will be reviewed from time to time. In case the performance is not

satisfactory during any part of the training period, the training will be terminated without

any notice.

7. The joining of the selected . individual In the Corporation IS subject to satisfactory

verification of credentials / testimonials.

8. The selected individual shall produce Documents / Certificates in proof of the educational

qualifications and nativity and copies thereof for verification alongwith Character

certificate from Gazetted Officer / Member of ICSII ICAI , ICAIC CMA) (they should

have known the individual for atleast six months at the time of signing of certificate.)

9. During the period of training, the trainee will be eligible for Casual Leave of one day per

1110nth. The casual leaves should be utilized within the calendar year which will be

lapsed at the end of the calendar year.

10. During the period of training sufficient care is to be taken by the individual that the

information is not leaked to any person outside, to the extent advice to' submit a

declaration.

11. During the training, the individual should adhere to the instructions of the company with

regard to discipline and confidentiality requirements.

12. The antecedents are subject to verification as per the procedure of the Corporation. Ifany

adverse report is received, the training period will be terminated immediately without any

notice or reasons.

13. Training is purely industrial training for skill development. On completion of the training

period the individual will not have any claim for permanent employment under any

circumstances.
