Peniel Bible School is affiliated with Harvestime Assembly Ministries Inc., Stanton, Kentucky. Harvestime Assembly Ministries Inc. is a non-profit religious corporation, incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Harvestime Assembly Ministries Inc. is chartered with and is a member in good standing with the House of Prayer Ministries, which has headquarters in Enid, Oklahoma. The legal board of Peniel is the Harvestime Assembly Ministries Inc.

3. Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide knowledge of the word of God in an interdenominational setting and to develop ministerial skills that can be used within a Pentecostal context. Our goal is to know God and to make Him known to others.

5. Introduction to Peniel

The Peniel Bible School is a two-year Bible School. Our goal is to give a strong Biblical basis and the practical training to prepare people to do the ministry God called them to do. We want to equip people to know the purpose and fulfill their call.

We purpose to make disciples who will take up the mantle of Christ's anointing in this generation. The focus of Peniel is to teach students who they are in Christ, how they fit into the Body of Christ, and how they are to personally serve their Lord. Our programs are designed to train students for full time ministry and/or to help students develop a ministry lifestyle that will adapt to any career.

We recognize the truth that all Christians are ministers and need to be equipped to serve the Lord. Yet, some are gifted and called to specific full time ministries. Paul's admonition to Timothy is good for today.

8. II Timothy 2:15

Study to show thyself approved unto God. A workman that needth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

9. Ephesians 4: 11 & 12
