Ashanti LewisAdvocacy Manager

Three Square Food Bank

Ashanti works in government affairs and public policy as the AdvocacyManager at Three Square where she provides government relationsoversight in four counties. Her primary objective is advocating at thelocal, state, and federal levels for children, adults, and familiesexperiencing food insecurity, with a focus on awareness of theSupplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), childhoodnutrition, and senior hunger.

As a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Ashantienjoys working at the grassroots level to strategically improve thecommunity and help those in need.

Evan Louie is dedicated to serving Southern Nevada in philanthropyand civic engagement. He was appointed by Governor Sandoval andstate legislature of Nevada as Commissioner of Minority Affairs,chairing the Economic Development Subcommittee under theDepartment of Business and Industry.

He is a prolific public speaker and media magnet, with multiple appearances on local and national television, print, and radio. His passion is helping others achieve successful ventures and giving back to our communities.

Lisa Morris HibblerChief Community Services Officer

Lisa Morris Hibbler, began her career with the city of LasVegas in 1997. Over that time, she has served the communityin many positions, including as the director of the city’s YouthDevelopment & Social Innovation Department.

Morris Hibbler is a proven strategist with extensiveexperience in the areas of community, youth and workforcedevelopment, code enforcement and homeless prevention.

Jeff SalingCo-Founder & Executive Director

StartUpNV

In 2017 Jeff co-founded StartUpNV, a non-profit state-wide startupincubator and accelerator. As part of his work with StartUpNV, Jeffalso co-founded FundNV (2020), a pre-seed startup fund andAngelNV (2021), a seed fund that also educates new angelinvestors.

Jeff’s experience includes running worldwide sales organizations,SaaS operations, and product development. Jeff also teachesEngineering 461 (High Tech Entrepreneurship) during the fallsemesters at the University of Nevada, Reno (since 2018).

Terrence ThorntonExecutive Director

Special Olympics Nevada

A lifelong Nevadan, Terrence Thornton has worked in the nonprofitsector for over 20 years. Terrence has held his current position asexecutive director for Special Olympics Nevada for two years.Prior to his tenure with this organization, Terrence was the VicePresident of Development for the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliancewhere he held several roles during his 13 years with the alliance.

Terrence is a gracious leader that seeks to lead by example. In hisdowntime he loves to travel and spend time with his family andfriends.
