Email addresses remain the same
Both ksu.edu and k-state.edu email addresses will continue to work. No need to update business cards, etc…
Known idiosyncrasies
Exceptions to reoccurring meetings do not migrate.
New filters do not process old email.
If you accept or decline a meeting do not select “don’t send the response”
Prepping
Print a few days of your Zimbra calendar
Download your briefcase data if you want to keep it
Note any filters you will want to recreate
Note any shares you may have (email folders and calendars)
Note any contact lists that you may have
Delete mobile device settings before migration
