– Just like the human brain, a database is a collection of data arranged for ease and speed of search and retrieval.

– The main function of a table in a database is to store data. Tables are organized by records (rows) and fields (columns).

Related Table

–In Access 2007, one table can “find and use” data in another table so that duplicate data does not have to be entered. 6
