• Jobcentre staff support and tailor support via digital and 1to1 with staff assisting Work Coach approach contracting on person rather than benefits.

• Universal credit making changes moving people into work quicker 50% more time looking for work • making the transition in to work easier. Increased use of online claim

system. • Half a million into sustained employment via Work Programme 30,000 in

Birmingham. • Will this be sustained with the prospect of a slow down or possible

recession looming?• Will JCP delivery Match the Private Sector?

There seems to be no evidence to suggest JCP can delver on this!
