Short description:

City of Maribor is planning to build international “INTO Studenci Maribor Business site” for companies which would

like to enter the European market. The business site will include 29 individual commercial and residential units in

order to create conditions for owners of interested companies to receive working and residence permit to live and

work in the European union.

The business site includes the construction of a business center to support activities for all commercial and

residential units. Business center will provide services for: law issues, commerce, finance, accounting and for

promotion/marketing proposes.

Suggested partnership: PPP for financing project and for sales of commercial and residential units.
