Intersection of Agile and Change Management Workshop Organizations are leveraging iterative development approaches – Agile – as a way to reduce risk, increase speed to value and improve client outcomes. Change management – driving adoption and usage of solutions – is just as important in an Agile environment, but it must be adapted and adjusted. Unfortunately, the prevailing sentiment leaves it at “change management must change” without providing concrete guidance and direction. In 2017 Prosci conducted a study to bring focus, clarity and specifics to the challenge of integrating change management and Agile. In this innovative one-day workshop, explore the latest research and build specific tactics and plans for effectively adapting and adjusting change management in an environment using Agile iterative development. The session will be interactive and application oriented. The workshop will be run by Tim Creasey, Prosci Chief Innovation Officer at Prosci. He is a dynamic presenter, researcher and thought-leader on managing the people side of projects and initiatives to deliver organizational results and outcomes.
