InstallationThe principal benefit of this system is the speed and easeof installation. The tiles can be laid over any hard surfaceeven if it is damp, uneven or contaminated. Installationcan usually be fitted around your normal workingactivities ensuring minimal disruption to production.

CleaningFailure to maintain interlocking ESD floor tiles inaccordance with recommended procedure can affect theperformance of the product. We recommend cleaningthe tiles with our Killstat ESD Floor Cleaner.

Clean the tiles regularly and lightly.Use the correct cleaning equipment, either a twocomponent bucket and mop system or rotaryscrubber dryer, it may cost a bit more up front but willsave you a fortune in time and effort in the long run.To remove as much dirt and moisture as possible, usean entrance mat.

Leave a minimum of a 5mm gap between thetiles and any fixed point (walls and machinery).Leave a minimum of a 5mm gap between thetiles and any fixed point (walls and machinery).Undercut wood doorjambs and slip the tilesunderneath. With metal doorjambs – cut theflooring material to within 5mm & then caulkaround the jamb.To keep your floor looking good give it a sweepon a regular basis and use a rotary scrubberdryer for routine maintenance.
