Travels & subsistances for Associates & Visitors

DAO Service

• Associates remaining at least 15 days to 1 month

• Associates with visas• Associates with the

status of UPAS (from the 1st January 2013: Cooperation Associates and Visiting Scientists)

Secretariat

• Associates coming for 1 or few days for conferences and/or workshops managed entirely by the secretariat.Those associates have the status of Externals.

MPE & MPA Leaves

DAO Service : EN • Familiy leaves: birth,

marriage, divorce, nationality changes, death…

• Home leaves for family reasons

• Additional leaves staff• Illness certificates• End of year review and

corrections

Secretariat: Group • Contact point with MPE &

MPA• Entry of Illness certificates

into EDH and send them to the DAO service

• Follow-up, corrections during the year of all kind of leaves.

Boards files

• Printing, preparation and distribution of the boards files to Group Leaders and/or EN board members.

Secretariat

• For last minute boards only, collect board files for members of their groups at DAO service .
