Without turning on RESPeRATE, press the Info button (‘i’) and hold for 3 seconds. Statistic 1 appears on the display (1:xx). 2. Press the ‘Up’ arrow button repeatedly until 6 appears on the display (6:xx). 3. Press the Info button (‘i’) and the Melody button together and then press the “Up” arrow button once while still holding down the first two buttons. (“7:xx” appears on the display.) 4. Press the Session Duration button once and the device is reset and turns off itself. Please note: • Although the instructions above seem daunting, the process is really very simple and takes just seconds. • For RESPeRATE Duo units, repeat the process above for each user – User 1 & User 2. • Resetting RESPeRATE will delete the memory permanently -- important statistics related to the use of the device such as the Weekly Therapeutic Minutes. • It is generally not required if just one person is using the device, or two people for the Duo device. • Healthcare providers who are loaning the device to individual patients may choose to reset the device between users.

Instructions for Resetting RESPeRATE (Deleting Performance Statistics)
For units with an orange on/off button: 1. Without turning on RESPeRATE, press the Info button (‘i’) and hold for 3 seconds.
Statistic 1 appears on the display (1:xx).
2. Press the ‘Up’ arrow button repeatedly until 6 appears on the display (6:xx).
3. Press the Info button (‘i’) and the Melody button together and then press the “Up”
arrow button once while still holding down the first two buttons. (“7:xx” appears on
the display.)
4. Press the Session Duration button once and the device is reset and turns off itself.

• Although the instructions above seem daunting, the process is really very simple and
