Installation Procedure

Insert Installation CD & Explore/Open the CD. Just Run the Setup from the Package folder and follow the instruction given below:

.If you do not have the installation CD then you can also download the software from http://www.quicksoftservices.com/download orhttp://www.quicksoftservices.com/inf_download.aspx and Follow the instruction given in the next slide to download.

Select the Item to download by clicking the radio button shown above

Click on Scroll-bar to Scroll-down and fill the form at the bottom of the page.

After filling the form Email ID and Verification Text, Click on Download button to Download the chosen item. Repeat the same process to download Reports, Manual,etc.,

You may extract the Files from zip using “winzip” or “winrar” software either by clicking “Extract here” or “Extract to Folder”

Just Double Click On Setup.Exe to Run Setup

and the Installation Will Start . . . . .

Just Run the Setup from the Package folder in the Installation CD or locate the folder where you have extracted the files from package.zip.

Select OK To Proceed Further Or Exit Setup For Exit.

When you Press OK in the above screen, then the Screen in the next slide will appear. This allows you to install the software at the location other than default location.

In case, when the User wish to change the Path then he/she can do so by clicking On the Change Directory Button.

To continue setup Press the Computer Icon / Setup button displayed on the top-left corner of the screen.

Then following screen will appear to allow you to select the Program Group under which the shortcut is to be created or create new program group.

Just Press Continue to proceed with Installation.

Just Click on “Yes” button whenever you see this type of message appearing on your screen.

At any stage during the Installation, if you see any message like problems registering file with the computer (for e.g. MSADO21.TLB), as shown below then just Ignore them to continue the Installation.

On Clicking Abort Button Installation will be aborted, Retry Button if Clicked, will again try to register the same file, and if it fails again, the same message will appear On The Screen Again,

Therefore it is suggested to Click On Ignore to Proceed Further.

At the end the software will display the message as

“ArtRM for Petrol Pumps Setup was completed successfully”.

How to Run the Software?

• After Completion of Installation of the Software, • Copy the “ArtRM.exe” (application) from the root folder of the CD or from the

recently extracted software folder to C:\Program Files\ArtRM folder to update the latest version with the Default version installed in the above folder.

• (C:\Program Files\ArtRM is the default folder in which by default the software gets installed unless changed by user at the time of installation.)

• Copy the Reports folder to C:\Program Files\ArtRM folder. Make sure all the *.rpt files contained in Reports folder are available in the C:\Program Files\ArtRM\Reports Folder.

• Run the ArtRM from C:\Program Files\ArtRM folder or Click on• Start->Programs->Quicksoft ArtRM ShortCut created in Programs section.
