Dahlia Spa is located on the 3rd floor.

We suggest you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment in order to enjoy our facilities. Therapeutic relaxation areas for men and women each include a large heated hydro pool, sauna, hammam, ice fountain, showers and heated lounge chairs. Zen meditation rooms provide you a relaxing sanctuary before, after or between treatments.

Fitness users have direct access to a dedicated locker room and are invited to arrive 15 minutes prior to classes.

Etiquette

Our Spa is an environment of tranquility and relaxation. In consideration of other spa guests, we ask you speak in a quiet voice and switch off mobile phones.

Cancellations

Missed appointments, changes or cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled time will be charged at full rate.

Health

Please refrain from shaving before all body treatments and men’s facials. To maximize the benefits of your spa experience, please inform us of any health issues, allergies or injuries that may make the treatment you have chosen unsuitable so that we may advise safer alternatives.

Children

Spa areas as well as the Fitness Center are reserved for guests 16 years or older. Children aged between 4 and 12 are welcomed in our Kids For All Seasons. Terms and conditions apply.
