She will help you translate your vision for your special day into a celebration of all the little moments that led you to ‘I do’.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS WHAT TIME MAY I HAVE MY RECEPTION TO?

Each venue has different noise restrictions. Please ask our coordinator for further details.

WHAT BEVERAGES CAN I HAVE?

The beer and wine selection for your beverage package is pre-set. Alternatively, if you would prefer your drinks on consumption, these can be selected 30 days prior to your event.

DO YOU TENTATIVELY HOLD FUNCTION SPACE?

Bookings are not confirmed until a contract is signed and your deposit is paid. Please contact our wedding coordinator to arrange a proposal. Rates in your proposal are valid for 30 days, with prices subject to change after this date.

WHAT ARE THE DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS?

To confirm your wedding booking we will issue a contract at which time you will have 14 days to sign and return with an initial deposit. Full payment will be due 1 month prior to your wedding date. Alternatively, an individual deposit schedule can be arranged.

IF I HAVE BOOKED AN OUTDOOR SPACE, WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

An alternative indoor space can be booked, subject to additional cost.

WHEN CAN I COME AND SEE THE FUNCTION ROOMS?
