Firstly there are 4 options relating to the lid that can be with orwithout hinges and secured using screws or a key lock. The boxmaterial is available in AISI304, AISI316 or painted mild steel with achoice of natural, brushed or plain finish. The sides can be plain orwith flange. The enclosure isolates any electrical connection protecting thesurroundings from a potential explosion. This outstandingperformance is achieved through its extremely rugged collarstructure as well as its welded hinges and lugs. The enclosure’sreplaceable screw inserts are mounted in hexagonal holes to avoidunintentional turning.

Large display counter nowwith RS232/485 interface

The Codix 560 series of multifunction preset counters alreadyoffers a wealth of features including a large digit, ultra brightLED display and scrolling help texts.

The addition of an optional RS 232/485 interface means the unitscan now support MODBUS (RTU) or CR/LF protocol.

MODBUS allows counter data to be read out to a higher levelsystem and can be used for production data acquisition or loggingmeasured values. In addition some parameters can also beremotely modified over the same databus connection.

CR/LF can be used to send counter values directly to a label orprinter or large display for greater visualisation.




Sendix incremental encoders– the tough option

The GS4200 USB is an innovative product designed tomeasure, analyse and record pressure readings from asystem directly onto your PC or laptop, reducing cost andtime. This latest development allows you to measure up to16 inputs simultaneously!

The transducer is powered by the computer’s USB port; data ispresented via the ESI-USB configurable software. It has instantconnection with auto-detection and the fast sample rate enablesdynamic pressures to be measured with up to 21 bit resolution.

The New USB Pressure Transducer

Kübler are setting the new standard with its latest generation ofincremental encoders. These versatile devices deliver highperformance in their tough, compact and flexible design.

The encoders come fitted with a new robust bearing structure (SafetyLock™) which protects against damage to the encoder caused byexcessive load on the shaft. This can occur during installation andwhen in use in harsh conditions.

The Sendix® range is available in both shafted and hollow shaftedoptions and with its compact design, the shafted encoder only needs47mm clearance and the hollow shafted version only 37.5mm.

This new range is also incredibly flexible in terms of suitability forapplication. The 5000 series is compatible with all 58mm flange typeencoders. The 5020 series performs like a larger encoder with hollowshaft sizes up to 15.87mm with stable bearings for long life.

Keep Track with RS-485Digital Display & Recorder



The new N30B is the latest digital meter available which hasthe benefit of a built-in data recorder as standard.

The unit can log up to 10 devices with 10 address locations foreach device. With internal memory and slot for a 4GB memorycard, this makes a very powerful addition to enhance anystandalone or Modbus system.

Solid state relay shortform catalogue

OEM is pleased to announce that we can now offer allproducts from the extensive range of Crydom solid staterelays.

To give a good overview of the complete range and aid productselection a handy A5 size short form catalogue is now availableupon request.

The short form splits the products into six different categoriesmainly defined by the mounting type. Each category has asummary table at the beginning so that all options in that categorycan be seen and compared at a glance. There is one product typeper page and each page has all the critical data including picture,main specification, part number key and dimensions etc. If full specifications are required then these can be easily found onthe web.


The Releco miniature 2 pole relay socket S7M has beendiscontinued and replaced by a revised and improved versioncalled S7C.

The new S7C is fully compatible with the previous version andfeatures a new “four point contact system” which ensures evenbetter contact reliability.

The socket can be used with S7BB bridge bars to interlink the A2coil common connections between adjacent sockets speeding upwiring time. Additionally there is a slot that can be used with plug-inover voltage protection modules.

The socket dimensions remain the same and each is suppliedcomplete with two white marking labels and the orange relayretaining clip.

The new improved Miniline 2 family includes 60W unitsavailable in both standard and extreme low temperatureversions.

Electrical control panels located outdoors are subject tovaried and often severe weather conditions. During winter, low temperatures can cause real problems for electronic equipment, especially power supplies. Many competitor units will claim to operate at lowtemperatures but in practice will struggle to start up due tothe use of NTC resistors to control input inrush current.

The low temperature version of these units has theremarkable ability to start up and deliver full output powerfrom an extreme cold of up to -40°C!

The compact, robust, plastic housing is the same size as theold range 50W units but now with 20% more output powerand for a lower price!
