Cassaform’s P300 is a Modular formwork system’s suitable for in-situ walls or any vertical structure which need to be cast on site. The P300 Formwork panels are simple, strong and sturdy.
Due to their modularity they are suitable both for small and medium-size walls all the way up to larger structures to build shear walls, shafts, columns, abutments and piers. Cassaform’s P300 Formwork is ideal for almost every vertical casting job and provides the best solution between productivity and cost.
WHAT IS P300
P300 P300
www.cassaform.com.auwww.cassaform.com.auP21 P22
The strengths of Cassaform’s P300 system is endless, offering an innovative solution to conventional formwork systems. The formwork system has been designed to allow quick handling / dismantling of panels on-site leading to efficient wall forming. Also reduces timber wastage on site saving you money. The P300 system is rated at 60kN/m2 and requires only one tie per m2. Personnel can perform all operations on the ground without the need to climb on the formwork.
• Reduces material outlay, giving you a cost certainty and site efficiency.
• Panel Modularity provides both pattern and tie bar consistency for a high class finish.
• Casting inclined walls up to a maximum inclination angle of 7 degrees.
• Exceptional versatility to suit all applications.
• Panels can be used either vertically and or horizontally.
• Special formwork for specific applications can be designed and manufactured for total compatibility to the standard P300 module panel.
P300 Features
• The grid-system ensures that only a small number of different panel widths are required.
• Exactly matching elements with no need for any finishing work.
• The low form tie-count required means a wider spacing between form-ties therefore shortening forming-times and lowering labour costs. Forming times recorded at 30m2 / man hour.
P300 Benefits
• Special solutions for bridge, tunnel and industrial construction.
• It’s designed for optimum adaptability to every layout for walls of all heights, shapes and sizes and can even be used as a jump form system.
• The system makes for easy planning and logistics.
• It allows for high number of re-use cycles.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE 100 x 100 PANEL
To ensure high standards of quality and durability, the frame is manufactured in high strength steel, after a process of degreasing and cleaning it is painted by immersion and dried in the oven at 130 degrees. The result is a frame highly resistant to abrasion and oxidation. The multi-layer ply panel is 18 mm thick with phenolic surface film protection (220 g/m2). It consists of 11 layers of birch and has no moisture absorption when panel is protected. The edges are protected with paint and it can be used about 100 times per side.

Cassaform advocates for quality safe practices. The Working Bracket and Self Locking Hooks allows walls to be fully constructed on the ground therefore reducing the risk of falls. Safe manual handling techniques and the correct use of personnel protective equipment must be adhered to at all times.
• Provides a level working platform
• Supports the worker when constructing walls and retaining walls of significant heights
• Facilitates safety rails for ease of work
• When panel exceeds safe handling weight, P300 self-locking hooks should be used with mechanical lifting devices or machines.
• Specialized hooks secures easily to the profile of the frame
• To reduce the risk of injury, proper manual handling of the panels should be done with use of two or more people depending on the total weight.
• Bending of the knees, panel close to the body and a straight posture.

Capable of supporting 100 tonnes at 5m and 48 tonnes at 12m un-braced and can go even higher with bracing, the Super100 prop is the prop to use when you need to support the big loads. Perfect for supporting and reinforcing underneath floors where crane outriggers would otherwise overload the floor so that cranes can now be used.
The Super Prop is an ideal support system for the construction industry especially when you are required to support extra heavy loads. It has similar characteristics to a No.3 Acrow prop in range but with a load capacity of over 8 times more at full height.
The Slabprop is a light weight aluminium prop specifically designed to decrease worker fatigue. Thanks to its safety characteristics, sturdiness and high load capacity the props are suitable for most re-shoring and formwork applications including use with the Pilosio Slabform and Lite Form systems. Its compatibility with other fixed head and drop head systems in the market makes it a product highly sort after prop.
The Acrow prop is the most common prop used in the construction industry and domestic markets today. Its massive popularity comes down to the fact that it is the simplest, quickest and most reliable and economic method of temporary support. Available in 5 different sizes it is perfectly suited for both small unique and large commercial applications.
