• Users will receive 1 to 5 messages per day and can receive additional quit support by texting one of SmokefreeTXT's Keywords (Crave, Mood, or Slip).

designed for pregnant women across the United States to help them quit smoking. The program provides 24/7 encouragement, advice, and tips to help pregnant women and mothers quit smoking and stay quit. Upon starting the program, users are able to choose one of the following goals they have: Quit smoking; Cut down on smoking; or Just receive messages on smoking and health if not yet ready to make a change
