What is Innovation. lnnovation is a process that transforms markets and allows different stakeholders to advance. lnnovation is also about taking and facing risks. Innovating is facing up to a challenge, as well as planning, coordinating and allocating sufficient human and material resources to achieve the defined

objectives. Innovate? Yes, but with a plan.

It is not the sector, but the project. It is not the size, but the attitude. It is not where, but how. And with whom. Because to innovate is to turn knowledge and technology into commercial opportunities: with goals, schedules and a clear budget. So, our challenge is not the achievement of the grant, but the commercial suc-

cess of our clients’ projects.

Environment tax reliefA supporting tool to improve the envi-ronmental needs not threatening the competi-tiveness of the company and their products.

Social Security bonus It involves an immedia-te saving by 40% of the fees to pay the Social Security as common contingencies as a result of having people exclusively devoted to R&D&I activities.

TI

Innovation Projects Investment and competi-venessprojectsThere are several funding programmes supporting the industrial investment to streng-then the competitiveness and sustainability of the compa-nies, we also provide advice about them.

NATIONAL AND REGIONALPROJECTSWe have large expertise in the most relevant call for proposals from the main national public bo-dies (CDTI, MINECO, MINCO-TUR, MINISTERIO DE CIENCIA or Agencia Estatal de Investiga-ción), such as CIEN, RETOS-CO-LABORACIÓN, INNTERCO-NECTA, PID, AEESD, EUREKA, IBEROEKA, etc.

Thus, more than 10% of the CDTI approved projects in Spain be-longs to our clients.

Tax relief transfer We create synergies between developers who cannot benefit the tax relief genera-ted and entities with potential to finance their R&D&I activity, in exchange for the transmission of the tax relief generated with a high fiscal profitabi-

lity. A “win-win” with advantages for both, the R&D developer and the funder.

Patent Box It permits the cession and transmission of in-tangible assets, paying only a percentage of the incomes generated.
