I trust the start of 2015 finds you and your family well with renewed strength and encouragement for your ministry assignment. I try to communicate with you

as often as possible on things of interest from across the district and reminders to help in your planning and administrative tasks. We are fast approaching the end of the church year (now the end of February instead of March). It is time to review all the “year end” tasks and make certain your church is on schedule. The district

churches are doing well again this year in 100% payment of our FTM budgets with just a few needing to really step it up as we come toward year end and District Assembly. “Pastor’s Reports” MUST be completed online NO LATER than March 11. This issue of “Teaministry” will provide important infor-mation as we conclude this church year.

District Assembly 2015 is shaping up to be a very significant time in the life of our district. It will be held again at Nampa College Church April 29 – May 1. Dr. David Graves continues as our JGS. I

will be sharing my annual message on Wednesday night, April 29, this year. The theme is “Ready For Change . . . Ready To Change” – Mark 2:22. Pastor’s Reports this year will be a one-page written report included in the local church pages of the assembly booklet. I am asking each Mission Area to work together to present a 10 minute combined “Mission Area Report.” Please encourage your church family to be in prayer for our district between now and April 29.

▶ Co-Pastors Tommy & Stephanie Lobdell were installed as pastors at Mountain Home Church on January 4.

▶ Pastor Alan Mortimer has been called to Pastor the La Grande Church and begins on February 22.

▶ Pastor Kevin Lambert has been called to Pastor the Layton Rosewood Lane and be-gins on March 1.

▶ I am still in Pastoral Search process with; McCall, Nampa College, Nampa First, and Nyssa. We have excellent Interim Pastors in each of our churches.

▶ March 2 will be the annual District Licensed Ministers interviews at Nampa Bethel Church.

▶ The District Advisory Council has been

meeting with Dr. Graves preparing for the election of a new DS at District Assembly.

▶ The District SDMI Tour will happen Febru-ary 23-27, 2015.

▶ The dates for District Camp Meeting HAVE BEEN CHANGED! Camp Meet-ing will still be at Nampa First Church but the dates are July 29 – August 2, 2015. You will hear more about camp meeting but the committee is working on an exciting sched-ule for the week.

▶ The summer camping year at Trinity Pines is not far away and I encourage every church to provide the best registration process for your children and teens.

▶ FYI – the District Office continues to be closed on Fridays until we make any further personnel additions.
