Responsible to: Financial ControllerResponsible For: Assistant Information Manager.

Main Duties:

1. To provide and ensure an uninterrupted information system in all departments of the company.

2. To ensure accuracy and computer audit trail of daily and monthly financial reports.

3. To ensure the effective preventative maintenance of all system resources.

4. To coordinate the timely repair of all faulty systems and equipment.

5. To develop a backup system support mechanism that can be activated in event of a personal change.

6. To establish and maintain procedures of the backup and restoration of all data and programs in the system.

7. To coordinate the data and emergency procedures in the event of system failure.

8. To enforce security procedures for the timely revision of user access rights and passwords for both the PMS and PC network system.

9. To keep the company management system software up to the current release as instructed by the area director of AL KHOZAMA, or Hues Boutique Company system information service.

10. To advice company management on the existing and future systems being developed / implemented.

11. To coordinate the investigations and timely of software faults reports or enhancement requests.

12. To assist departmental trainers in preparing training material on the effective use of systems in your company.

13. To supervise information system staff.

14. To document all system activities this may include:

15. Departmental Objectives.

16. Backup logs.

17. System interruption logs.

18. Maintenance logs.

19. Program change logs.

20. To provide as and when necessary to Hues Boutique Company system service the status report on the present and future enhancement / implementation to the system.

21. To develop capital budget for all computer hardware and software purchases.

22. To support PC, local area network, and wide system office.

23. To setup and maintain of all systems as used by the company (E.g FIDELIO System).

24. To coordinate all technology related contracts with area and offices.

25. To assist in coordinate of support for other technology systems used in the company (e.g. maintenance and energy management).

26. To provide manuals of how to use of any information systems and those manuals into the relevant operating procedures of the company.

27. To arrange the distribution of night audit stream process and other regularly reports produced by system.

28. To prepare and maintain documentation on all company software applications.

29. To maintain and inventory listing of all computer hardware in the company including PMS hardware, PCs and printers.

30. To be on standby the available at the time on any problems that may happen to the system.

31. To be available on request to any guest’s needed.

32. To ensure that all back-ups tapes are rotated and stored off-site.

33. To perform other duties as assigned by the Director Of finance.

34. To implement internal control procedures in the information system section.

1. To ensure that all employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniforms and name badge at all times.

2. To Assist in the building of an efficient team of employees by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.

3. To ensure that all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

4. To assist in the training of the employees ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency.

5. To supervise the employees within the department. Ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the departments operation manual.

6. To ensure that the department’s operational budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled.

7. To ensure that all employees have a complete understanding of and adhere to the companys employee rule and regulations.

8. To ensure that all employees have a complete understanding of and adhere to the companys policy relating fire. Hygiene and safety.

9. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

10. To undertake duties of the duty manager as dictated by the company’s Duty Managers Roster.

Purpose of Job: To perform all duties as designated to the information system manager and to be able to carry out the functions of the department during the absence of information system manager.

1. To assist the information system manager in all stages on the day-today operation.

2. To deputize for the information system manager during his absence and, therefore, to be fully acquainted with the information system manager’s job description to order in carry out those responsibilities.

3. To be thoroughly familiar with all the information system in the company.

4. To coordinate the timely repair of the faculty computer systems and equipment.

5. To maintain a backup system can be activated in the event of a personal change.

6. To establish and maintain procedures of the backup and restoration of all data and programs in the system.
