Report Re-Engineering program has been approved

includes:

deploy tools to automatically generate XML documents (includes reports)

deploy a secure FTP site for access by people and by machines

redesign all reports to XML standards and retire all CSV, EDI, and HTML documents

repackage report content into more informative documents

deploy some new documents (for example, generator output data)

to invite participation and form focused market stakeholder groups rather than consume time in the standing committees

time commitment and stakeholder task schedule to be defined before focus group formed to ensure project progresses and that committed active stakeholders participate
