    Established in 1995, In ate offers a range of award winning, architecturally stimulatingstock structures that have been designed speci cally to suit the portable andtemporary events market. The range encompasses light, easy and quick to use interiorproducts such as the Of ce in a Bag, which can be fully installed in less than 10minutes, to the hugely impressive Trident 24, which covers enough span space to sit360 people in a dining con guration.

    2010In ate design and build structure solutions for Coke at the 2010 football worldcup. 10 identical 18m diameter bespoke structures were produced and deliveredto all the venues over South Africa. The structures were designed to look like acracked coke lid opening. In ate also launch the biggest single structure to theirstandard product range named the Peanut Trident. This structure is 60m by 25mand offers enough space for 1000 people. In August the 24m Trident comesto life and In ate take part in the Vintage Festival at Goodwood UK with thesupply of the 24m Trident and 14m Dome, these structures connect to createa TV studio. In September In ate work with Simple - a design agency in Paris,to create a large double space of 8000 sq ft for the launch of the new Peugeot508. This used 2 x 24m Tridents joined together to create a black out spaceconnected to a white space age presentation space. The 24m Trident also ndsits way travelling around the UK for Relentless - the energy drink brand.Airclad wins project to be used as a permanent extension to Al volo Pizzarestaurant in Brick Lane LondonIn ate opens new of ces in France, Belgium and Germany

    2009In ate build on the global business with new of ces opening in Argentina, Chile,Peru, Lebanon, Italy, and Luxemburg.Projects this year have seen structures developed and produced for FakeBake spay tans, British gas touring sponsorship of British swimming, A VERYlarge building for Coke in South Africa, and travelling event spaces for Puma,Vodafone,AND the new launch of AirClad

    2008In ate win competition to design and produce 8 events for the NationalAssembly of Wales. The whole structure and interior are bespoke designed andproduced to budget and managed by In ates own site management. In ateproduce complete Red Bull bar show design which knocks everyone off theirfeet. Ben and Jerrys Pod developed as pop up store.P zer learning and experience zone developed with WRG. The building reached45m by 25m once completed. Lacoste launch a new sponsorship deal with theAustralian open using a new generation of Cube style building by In ate - 25mby 15m.

    2007In ate initiate the process to expand the In ate brand of buildings around theworld with their new dedicated factory opening in the Far East. Of ces in LA,NY, Australia, NZ, Israel and SA quickly follow. In ate develop structures for theAntarctic exhibition at the Natural History Museum.In ate are awarded the contract to develop an in atable extension to Meadowhallshopping centre in Shef eld. In ate win a competition to design a completeinterior interactive playscape. In ate win best stand Design at 100% design.

    2006In ate Design begin the year with a 26m diameter travelling structure for theSpanish Government. The structure houses a whole network of computerslinked up for educating the rural Spanish population on the delights of theinternet. Then In ate hit the road with a travelling Cinema for Vodafone. In atewin award for the Design Week award for their Unipart structure with agency

    WITH. In ate begin to look at Solar powered structure with Christoph Beihing.

    2005In ate Design begin the year on a mountain in Switzerland with 3 in atablestructures designed and produced for the snowboard championships. Thesestructures were engineered to endure the most severe of weather.In the spring In ate launched the Smirnoff bar in conjunction with Itch at theIsle of White festival. Then as the summer hotted up In ate again exceededthemselves and installed their biggest free span space at 30m by 20m forUnipart the car supplies company. Consultancy clients include Ribena, Art Italia,Berlin Institute, Imperial War Museum, Vodafone.

    2004In ate Design develop and produce an exhibition structure for the launchof the 7e7 dreamliner at Farnborough Air Show. BMW commission In ateto respond to a brief for the launch of the BMW 1 series, and they come upwith the Air Camper. A contemporary twist on the traditional camping tent.Cirque du Soleil commission a VIP Seat design to accompany their newtravelling show. In ate begin the design and development of a collectionof street furniture for Poole Council Consultancy clients include Bloomberg,

    Motorola, 100% design. The Of ce in a Bucket wins D&AD yellow pencil.

    2003In ate Design develop and launch the Of ce in a Bucket in response to thegrowing need for exible and inspiring work places. The product becomesan immediate success opening up new territories for In ates consultancyoffering. In the Summer O2 the mobile phone company commissionIn ate to produce their largest in atable structure to date at over 20mclearspan diameter. In ate begin the design and engineering of a LCD atscreen TV for the Chinese market. Consultancy clients include Hannstar,Robinsons, Siemens, and 02.

    2002In ate Design is established to de ne the company as a consultancyindependently of the In ate own brand product collection. The designteam develop air moulding production techniques for structural projectsand a range of magnetic fastening stationery products. The ball seatdeveloped in collaboration with Ushida Findlay is launched. Consultancyclients include Virgin Atlantic, British Land and Harrods.

    2001Snoozy is named overall winning product at the Peugeot / Oxo DesignAwards. Big M and Snoozy are selected for the D&AD annual with Snoozybeing nominated for a silver award. In ate open their rst own brand retailoutlet in London. Consultancy clients for the year include Volvo, Crayola,Ushida Findlay architects and Absolute.

    2000In ates rst rotationally moulded products are launched, with the Snoozystackable bed base highlighting the companys move into larger scalefurniture. Consultancy projects include a range of bathroom products forHabitat and an accessories collection for footwear company Pod.

    1999In ate and Ron Arad join forces and launch the memo seating concept,achieving a record amount of media coverage for an In ate product.Consultancy projects also reach new levels with commissions frompharmacy retail chain Boots and architectural scale projects for the Big Mportable exhibition structure and the Sitooterie for the English Heritage.

    1998The In ate workshop and design studio moves to a larger premises toencourage the growth of the sampling and design research facilities.In ates rst fashion accessory bag collection is launched in collaborationwith Craig Morrison.

    1997The In ate product range reaches worldwide distribution via a network ofagents. A range of dip moulded PVC products is launched to compliment thein atables, including items designed by external designers including MichaelMarriott. In ate receives its rst architectural scale commission from theSwiss Expo. Michael Sodeau leaves the company to pursue other interests.

    1995/96In ate is established by Crosbie and brothers Mark and Michael Sodeau.100% Design sees the rst public appearance of the collection which includesthe now well known in atable Tablelight, Fruitbowl, Eggcup and Postcard.

    1992The idea of In ate is conceived by Crosbie who produces an in atableportfolio for a mid-year assessment whilst at St.Martins.
