The developing strategy follows overall vision, mission and

objectives statements, which will be developed from the

SWOT analysis results

A development plan describes these aims for the different

stages in detail

The development plan will schedule building stages, which

can be identified by the planning data base with the required

resources by year

To ensure the achievement the developing stages aims,
