Indore Public School, Main Campus honoured with the prestigious International School Award Indore Public School has become the proud recipient of the International School Award, an accreditation by the British Council for embedding international dimension to its curriculum. Beginning from the last academic session, the journey to the ISA saw the involvement of the entire school community right from the pre-primary to Grade XI. The seven curriculum activities designed for this purpose ranged from 'cuisine of India, Italy and Nepal; national symbols of India and its neighbouring countries; studying about waste management of India, the UK and the partner country; fruits of India, Austria, Malaysia, & the USA; India and its neighbours; Ethnic bevy; to the last one, seasons of India, Australia and Sweden. As these activities involved the study of different countries other than India, children got a firsthand knowledge about their cross border counterparts through several Skype sessions held with the Nightingale International School, Kathmandu and Hilary English School, Nepal-our partner schools for our international projects The Award will be formally presented to the school in a ceremony later this year. The School Management congratulated Ms Sudha Pandey, Head of the Institution, staff and students for their meticulously planned, innovative international work which helped in achieving glory on an international platform. Here are some of the glimpses of our school’s involvement in all its seven ISA projects-
