Review of India’s Index of Industrial Production for March 2014

India's Index Industrial Production, IIP for the month of March 2014 stands at 193.2, which is -0.51% lower as compared to 194.2 for March 2013.

Activity based Industrial Production for the month of March 2014 showed growth rates for Mining (-0.41%), Manufacturing (-1.21%) and Electricity (+5.36) sectors as compared to April 2013.

Industrial growth for February 2014 was revised to -1.76% from -1.93% which was released on 11th April 2014.
