3. REMOVE ALL PIPING TO BELOW FLOOR, ABOVE CEILING OR IN WALLS AND BACK TO MAINS OR SHUTOFF VALVES AT MAINS. CAP AND SECURE PER CODE WITHOUT LEAVING DEAD ENDED PIPING.

4. VISIT THE SITE AND BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE EXISTING SYSTEMS AND CONDITIONS IN THE AREAOF RENOVATION.

5. ANY SYSTEMS OR EQUIPMENT TO REMAIN ACTIVE DURING RENOVATION SHALL BE KEPT INOPERATION BY PROVIDING TEMPORARY PIPING CONNECTIONS AS REQUIRED UNTIL NEW SYSTEMSARE INSTALLED AND OPERATIONAL.

6. ALL PHASING OF THE FIRE PROTECTION DEMOLITION WORK SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH THEOWNER AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (OR GENERAL CONTRACTOR) IN ORDER TO SATISFY THECONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE AND OWNERS OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS.
