Inclusive Registration and PD Conversion Travel Guidelines FLIGHTS Carnegie Learning, Inc. will begin booking flights after May 8, 2017 for Inclusive and PD conversion registrants. Unless otherwise specified, flights will be booked using the following guidelines: General Attendees Morning–afternoon arrival on the first day of the conference, Monday, July 10, 2017 Afternoon departure on the last day of the conference, Thursday, July 13, 2017 Advanced Educator and Leadership Workshop Attendees Arrival on Saturday, July 8, 2017; the Advanced Educator and Leadership Workshops begin the morning of Sunday, July 9, 2017 Afternoon–evening departure on the last day of the workshop, Thursday, July 13, 2017 PLEASE NOTE: If you plan to arrive/depart earlier/later than the dates listed above, please be sure to specify your preferred dates during registration. Carnegie Learning, Inc. will do its utmost to ensure reasonable travel, while securing the most cost-effective flight. While you may make special requests, Carnegie Learning, Inc. will make the final determination on the best available flight from your departure city to Palm Beach, FL (PBI). As with all flights, you have 24 hours from the time of booking to make any changes. If you wish to make changes to a booked flight after the 24 hours have elapsed, you will be responsible for any associated change fees. Reimbursable Flights We know that many attendees enjoy bringing their families to the conference and are anxious to begin planning. For this reason, we are pleased to offer the option of booking your flight on your own. If you choose this option, Carnegie Learning, Inc. will reimburse the cost of your flight up to a maximum of $450.00 (including all taxes and fees). In order to be reimbursed, you must indicate this preference during registration. If you purchase a flight on your own without selecting this option during registration and Carnegie Learning, Inc. books a flight on your behalf, you will not be reimbursed for the cost of the flight that you booked. Reimbursement packets will be available at the conference registration desk. Alternatively, Carnegie Learning, Inc. will book your flight and once you receive the travel itinerary, you may contact the travel agency to book additional tickets for your family members (booking fees may apply, see below). Your flight confirmation will be sent after May 8, 2017 to the email address you provide during registration. PLEASE NOTE: Carnegie Learning, Inc. will not book flights or reimburse flight costs for individuals not registered to attend the conference. Carnegie Learning, Inc. utilizes a third-party service to complete all travel bookings. Conference attendees’ booking fees are covered by Carnegie Learning, Inc. HOTELCarnegie Learning, Inc. will reserve rooms for Inclusive and PD conversion registrants. Hotel costs (room and tax only) for conference nights will be handled by Carnegie Learning, Inc. directly; therefore, you will not be billed for these costs. Unless otherwise specified, hotel rooms will be reserved for the following dates:

Advanced Educator and Leadership Workshop Attendees• 5 nights• Check-In Saturday, July 8, 2017• Check-Out Thursday, July 13, 2017

You may elect to stay additional days surrounding the conference as an extension of your trip. Provided that the hotel has availability, Carnegie Learning, Inc. has secured our group rate 3 days before and after the event and is pleased to accommodate these requests. You will be expected to pay for the non-conference nights of your stay, and these nights as well as any incidental costs charged to your room during the whole of your stay will be invoiced to you directly through the hotel at the conclusion of your stay. If you wish to add nights to your stay, please select your preferred dates during registration. These additional nights and incidental expenses are not reimbursable.

MILEAGECarnegie Learning, Inc. will reimburse mileage for Inclusive and PD conversion registrants at the rate of $0.535/mile to a maximum of $450.00. If you claim airfare, you may not claim mileage. Reimbursement packets are available online and will be available throughout the conference at the registration desk.
