• Clearance (when applicable) into Europe via our customs broker Landmark Trade Services UK*

• Full tracking from origin to end-delivery

• Delivery service at home or in pick-up points and lockers**. Additional services available: Signature, Saturday delivery (between 9h-15h) and Cash-On-Delivery**

• After a failed delivery attempt the parcel is available in a pick-up point. A second presentation can be requested

• Notification by sms and/or email is sent when the parcel is delivered directly in a pick-up point or locker

• Our return product allows the consumer to return their goods in18 EU-countries via the postal networks (more details in annex 5)

• Final mile to delivery in BE within 1 day
