And no matter how much you try to ignore it, it becomes worse

Also, that itch is becoming even worse since today; everybody is
talking about how LinkedIn is the (absolute) best platform to find
high-quality leads if you are in the B2B space.
(But, you already know this all too well - don’t you?)
You know your target market is on LinkedIn, and that you NEED
to start using it NOW if you want to scale your business…
(You don’t want to wait any longer, and you shouldn’t.)

...Well, welcome to my world - 5 years ago.
What is the LinkedIn Funnels Framework?
I know how you feel because five years ago I wanted to start
using LinkedIn for lead generation.
But, nobody created a LinkedIn lead generation strategy that
would go beyond just sending cold, non-personalised “pitch”
messages to potential leads on LinkedIn - which I didn’t want to
do.
At the time, I was the founder and CEO of one of the most
promising health-tech startups in Europe, and we needed a
serious B2B lead generation platform to scale the business.
And when you have investors in the company, as we did - you
learn fast that you cannot afford to appear salesly, spammy, lose
credibility, get your potential leads or clients to hate your guts -
in other words…
...When you think about lead generation, you cannot afford to
make mistakes - your focus should always be on the “bigger
picture,” building relationships and the long-term ROI that
your lead generation efforts need provide to the company.
After studying other LinkedIn marketers at the time and what
they were doing, I realized none of the approaches were aligned
with how I wanted to build my presence on LinkedIn or present
the company in the online world.
Also, I knew the “quick-results-with-9-simple-steps” LinkedIn
approach wouldn’t work for my startup because scaling a
business is a strategic process, and it’s not going to happen
overnight just because I implemented a couple of LinkedIn
“tricks and tips.”
I needed something different, something that would help me to
not only generate high-quality leads 24/7 from LinkedIn for
months or years to come - but also build my positioning as an
expert and trusted advisor in front of the decision makers.
So I decided to create what is now my LinkedIn Funnels
Framework - a LinkedIn lead generation framework that
focuses on generating high-quality leads and clients on
LinkedIn without sacrificing your reputation (by appearing
spammy or salesly) or spending money on LinkedIn ads.
I started to use LinkedIn on a daily basis and experiment with
different approaches that I believed would enable me to
generate high-quality leads for the business, warm them up and
then help me convert them into paying clients.
Basically, what I was creating was a repeatable LinkedIn lead
generation strategy focused on building (long-term)
relationships, expert positioning, providing value and
trustworthiness.
This made more sense to me then to “cold pitch” LinkedIn
prospects with “buy my stuff” approach which everybody else
was doing.
I didn’t want to be seen as unprofessional, annoying and lose
credibility, because credibility is CRUCIAL on LinkedIn if you’re
going to turn it into a predictable lead generation machine for
your business - instead of focusing on pure luck or appearing
like everyone else.
(And I’ve never heard that “luck” scaled any business, did you?)
Over a period of over a year, I tested different LinkedIn
features and approaches - like writing articles on LinkedIn
Pulse, LinkedIn Profile optimization, etc. - against the different
call to actions (CTA’s) that I wanted my LinkedIn leads to do.
After some time - I noticed patterns starting to appear.
One of the things that became obvious was the importance of
doing steps in a specific order and the timing of doing them
on Linkedin if you want to generate high-quality leads - not
just which LinkedIn features you use and/or combine.
For example, I realized there is no point in writing/publishing
content before I optimize my LinkedIn Profile because most of
the people who’ll read your content on LinkedIn will check your
LinkedIn Profile afterward.
And what’s the point on focusing on creating great content
when your LinkedIn Profile is a mess and not supporting what
you wrote in the content anyway?
So, I knew I was onto something, and I started to document
these LinkedIn lead generation processes as I was testing them
out.
Soon after Russell Brunson launched his book “DotCom
Secrets” and his Clickfunnels software - and the term “Funnels”
became spread worldwide.
And then I realized that what I was actually doing all this time
was building and testing lead generation funnels within
LinkedIn as a platform that is repeatable and that would, at
the end of the day - help me scale my business.
And that’s how the LinkedIn Funnels Framework came to exist.
Did the LinkedIn Funnels Framework help me scale my startup?
You bet.
As I was testing them out and implementing them, we started to
get more quality leads.
More clients and customers.
The income of the company increased.
People started to ask me for my opinion about generating leads
on LinkedIn and the LinkedIn Funnels Framework.
The startup scaled from a couple thousands of dollars ARR
(pre-revenue startup) to over $45,000 ARR (profitable
startup) in a year by using the LinkedIn Funnels Framework -
and without paying for ads.
Here you go...In my first business (startup) we focused only on generating leads and getting clients with LinkedIn by using my LinkedIn Funnels Framework. We didn't use ads, and we went from
pre-revenue startup and scaled to a profitable startup.
But, then, at the beginning of 2016, I decided to walk away from
my startup and start my own business.
So, I used what I've learned about LinkedIn lead generation to
start my LinkedIn consulting business, and I replicated the lead
generation process to start and scale that business, too.
Basically, I used the LinkedIn Funnels Framework to make
almost $60,000 in a year in my second business - and the
very next year I scaled that business to six figures with the
LinkedIn Funnels Framework.
I do what I preach.
Again, I used my LinkedIn Funnels Framework to start and
scale my second business, but what’s more important - I
began to teach others how to do it, too.
“To sum it up, in two years made six-figures and scaled two
completely different business with LinkedIn, without
spending a dollar on ads. Then, I helped hundreds of
businesses do the same. And none of that would be possible
without the LinkedIn Funnels Framework.
And the result my clients and students had?

Framework are three LinkedIn lead
generation Funnels...
Now, before we go further, I want you to really read this until the
end because I have something special for you.
I am going to show you EXACTLY how to use the LinkedIn
Funnels Framework for your business, so that you can find
the right, targeted leads on Linkedin, attract them and convert
them to clients.
Sounds good?
Alright, let's get to business.
So, what exactly are LinkedIn Funnels, again?
LinkedIn (lead generation) funnels are basically “normal” lead
generation funnels - but applied within LinkedIn as a platform.
The LinkedIn Funnels also make the core of my LinkedIn
Funnels Framework (obviously).
Let me clarify (again).
When I started using LinkedIn for lead generation in my startup, I
experimented with different LinkedIn features and calls to
action within LinkedIn that would enable me to find, attract and
convert my LinkedIn leads to clients in a smoother,
predictable way.
But, I didn't want to “just” identify and attract quality leads on
LinkedIn.
I wanted to find a way to convert those LinkedIn leads in a
semi-automated way, which is what MOST LinkedIn users,
looking to get quality leads and clients, had a problem with
(and they still do).
I wanted to create a predictable, long-lasting lead generation
funnels within LinkedIn that would allow my business to get a
constant stream of quality leads and clients - because that
was necessary to scale my business.
As I said before - the old "get 5,000 subscribers in 7 days"
approach - doesn’t work on LinkedIn.
Why?
Firstly, because LinkedIn is a BUSINESS social media network
and it’s a No. #1 lead generation platform if you are in B2B
space.
(It's also great for finding high-ticket coaching or corporate
clients, by the way.)
But, most importantly, LinkedIn is all about building
relationships with your potential clients - and for that, you
need LinkedIn Funnels.
Why?
Because LinkedIn Funnels are logical, organic and a strategic
way of building relationships and trust with your LinkedIn
connections and getting them from LinkedIn to your emails
lists, webinar registration pages or anywhere else where you
can convert them to clients.
How these three LinkedIn Funnels helped me make six-figures and
scale two businesses in less than two years, without spending a
dollar on ads.
As you see, LinkedIn lead generation funnels helped me to not
only start my both of my businesses - but to scale them, too.
By using my LinkedIn Funnels Framework, I didn’t waste time
on leads that didn’t have a problem with my services and
products were solving.
I didn’t waste energy on leads that will never buy from me.
I didn’t spend money on ads that didn’t work.
(I didn’t spend a dollar on ads at all, to be honest).
And, in my humble opinion, LinkedIn Funnels are the most
amazing lead generation strategy on the planet.
If you are in B2B space and you have a LinkedIn account but
have never been able to use it to attract high-quality leads and
convert them to clients – you have to incorporate LinkedIn
Funnels Framework right away.
If you already have a LinkedIn account and had some success
finding clients over it – then you need LinkedIn Funnels
Framework to improve your LinkedIn lead generation strategy
and create a PREDICTABLE stream of quality leads and clients
so you can scale your business.
Trust me, if you don't have LinkedIn Funnels implemented in
your business yet - you are leaving a MASSIVE amount of
money on the table.
And you are painfully aware of that.
Now, let’s go deeper into the LinkedIn Funnels Framework.
The LinkedIn Funnels Framework consists of three main
LinkedIn Funnels that work really well when it comes to
generating high-quality leads, and they are:
The LinkedIn Profile Funnel
The LinkedIn Profile Funnel is one of the most powerful LinkedIn
lead generation funnels you can implement in your business,
and I suggest you build and implement this LinkedIn Funnel
before any other LinkedIn Funnels I mention here.
Also, I’d suggest you create and implement it before you start
connecting with your target market, writing content or sending
LinkedIn messages.
This is the LinkedIn Funnel I am currently using to get high-ticket
clients, and about 80% of all of my consulting clients come
from the LinkedIn Profile Funnel.
It made my students and me literally hundreds of thousands
of dollars already.
I don’t use ads to maintain the LinkedIn Profile Funnel - I just
work on it for about 30-60 minutes a day.
Honestly, I'd say that this is the only LinkedIn Funnel that you
absolutely MUST HAVE if you are taking of finding clients over
LinkedIn and scaling your business - because it uses the power
of your LinkedIn Profile to attract and convert your LinkedIn
leads into clients and sales.
If you are a CEO or a 6-figure business owner in B2B space
looking scale your business, then you need LinkedIn - and the
LinkedIn Profile Funnel.
If you are a successful, 6-figure coach looking for high-ticket

1) Identify your LinkedIn target market and find them using the
LinkedIn People Search
2) Optimise your LinkedIn Profile for that audience
3) Intentionally drive traffic to your LinkedIn Profile using
different LinkedIn features
These are the steps you need to take to build your LinkedIn
Profile, in a nutshell.
Now that you’ve learned about the LinkedIn Profile Funnel, you
run a 6-figure business but are not quite sure how the LinkedIn

The LinkedIn Group Funnel
If you are looking to build a community and get super-quality
subscribers from LinkedIn - then LinkedIn Group Funnel is for
you.
(But don't forget - the LinkedIn Profile funnel is still a must, even
if you want to build a LinkedIn Group Funnel.)
I used this funnel in my first business, the health-tech startup to
build a LinkedIn group of nutritionists - and this group is now
almost 9,000 members and growing virally.
Most of the startup's income came from this funnel - over
$40,000 of annual recurring revenue was a direct result of the
LinkedIn Group Funnel.
This funnel also helped me to build a list of over 2,000
super-targeted subscribers, without using ads.
It did require some time though.
As you can probably imagine, building any community takes
time, but once you do - LinkedIn Groups have AMAZING
backend features that can enable you to get subscribers
directly out of your LinkedIn group and into your list.
BUT BEWARE!
LinkedIn Groups are NOT as engaging as Facebook groups
are, and engagement is low.
Some might even say that LinkedIn Groups are a wasteland to
what they’ve used to be when it comes to engagement.
Partly it’s true - but for the LinkedIn Group Funnel to work you
don’t need engagement in the group, only people to join that
group :)
That's why today I use the LinkedIn Group Funnel only when I
want to be in my target market's headspace, build my email list
with super-quality, targeted leads plus when I have a couple
of weeks to focus just on that.
Keep that in mind, because if you go with the idea of building a
LinkedIn Group Funnel to get engagement in the group or the
idea that you are going to get those super-quality subscribers
tomorrow - don't bother.
In that case, you'll be disappointed.
Your focus with this funnel should be to get your targeted
LinkedIn leads in your LinkedIn Group and then out of the
group on your list as soon as possible.
So, what are the steps for building a LinkedIn Group Funnel?
Here they are:
1) Find and identify your LinkedIn Target market
2) Create a LinkedIn Group and position it towards your
LinkedIn Target market
3) Optimize your LinkedIn Profile towards that market
4) Connect with your LinkedIn Target Market
5) Ask them to join your LinkedIn Group
6) Get them out of the LinkedIn Group and into your email list

The LinkedIn Message Funnel
The LinkedIn Message funnel is the toughest one to "crack" out
of all of the LinkedIn Funnels, but once you do - you have hit a
jack-pot.
Even though I suggest you don't use the LinkedIn Message
Funnel before you set up and optimize your LinkedIn Profile
Funnel, most people actually do the opposite - and then wonder
how come LinkedIn is not working for them.
Well, if you are still reading, then you might have noticed I am
referring to LinkedIn Funnels as a lead generation SYSTEM, or a
FRAMEWORK, which means there are NO skipping steps.
For example, if you define your LinkedIn Target Market, but you
haven’t optimized your LinkedIn Profile towards that market -
what's the point of sending LinkedIn messages?
As I said before, everything on LinkedIn starts with your LinkedIn
Profile, and as soon as you send someone a LinkedIn message
- this person is going to check your Profile out before even
thinking about responding.
And THAT'S the main reason your targeted leads don't
respond to your carefully crafted messages on LinkedIn.
Because they don't know who you are, they don't like or trust
you - and sometimes they don't even understand, by looking at
your Profile - why have you contacted them in the first place.
So, what is the LinkedIn Message Funnel?
It's a set of carefully crafted and strategically send LinkedIn
messages that build engagement and trust with your LinkedIn
prospects until they do the desired action you want them to
do.
Unlike what most people think - no, it's not a bunch of sales
pitches or an email campaign sent to your LinkedIn prospects.
Just because people decided to connect with you, that didn’t
mean they gave you permission to spam them with LinkedIn
messages and basically send them your email sequence.
There are, of course, people that got clients using this
“cold-pitch-message” approach, but remember that LinkedIn
members really dislike this approach.
Also, most marketers that get clients by using this approach rely
more on luck then a long-term strategy while sacrificing their
reputation - which is actually one of your biggest assets on
LinkedIn.
It is absolutely true that some niches require longer
relationship-building through the Message Funnel while other
niches react better on harder sales pitches (like lawyers,
doctors, accountants, etc.), but this is only because they have
"My hour costs money, just let tell what you want" attitude.
For the other 85-90% of niches - the purpose of the LinkedIn
Message Funnel is to engage, build relationships and trust
and provide value to potential clients before you ask them to
do anything.
So what do you need to create a LinkedIn Message Funnel?
Okay, so here are the steps:
1) Find and identify your LinkedIn Target market
2) Optimize your LinkedIn Profile towards that market
3) Connect with your LinkedIn Target Market
4) Send them an engagement Message 1 (provide value here,
don’t “pitch” or ask them to check out your website)
5) Engage in the conversation with the ones that respond to the
Message one
6) Those that didn't reply to the Message one, send the
Message two (provide more value, don’t pitch)
7) Rinse and repeat until you get them to do the action that you
want
Your LinkedIn Message Funnel can have as many LinkedIn
messages as you want, but keep in mind that they need to be
carefully crafted, smartly positioned and strategically send.
You'll probably have to spend a bit of time and effort to test
the funnel out because you'll need to learn how your LinkedIn
Target Market behaves first and then tweak it.
Good news is that once you crack the code - you really will have
an entirely predictable LinkedIn funnel that will give you ROI on
your time and money for years to come!
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE!
Do not, and I mean DO NOT use any automation tools like
DuxSoup, LinkedIn Helper, etc. because you’ll be in significant
danger of getting your LinkedIn account permanently shut
down. LinkedIn algorithm searches for users with these Chrome
extension installed and they might just pull the plug on your
LinkedIn account forever.
