TeaM A T T H E W R E D I N G T O N

I am working on a soon-to-be-released project

in which I 've teamed upwith In Pursuit of Tea to

craft a custom GreenTea Program. Here's

what it entails!

My NewProject

This wonderful 17 yearold tea company worksmainly with wholesale,

and sources its teadirectly from tradit ional

production regionsthroughout Asia, such as

Japan and India.

In Pursuitof Tea

The awesome folks at InPursuit of Tea andI came up with the

following five teas to bea part of this new

program.

GreenTeaProgram

This green tea has alight and grassy

flavor, that is alsosomewhat sweet.

Sencha

This is a widely populartea in Japan. It is nutty in

flavor and has lesscaffeine, as it is made by

roasting bancha leavesand twigs.

Hojicha

Most people will recognizethe name of this powdered

form of green tea. This is thetype of tea that the monks

used to stay alert duringmeditation for decades, and it

is featured in the classicJapanese Tea Ceremony.

Matcha

Oolong tea lies in the etherbetween green and black tea. While green tea is unoxidizedand black tea is fully oxidized, oolong tea is anywhere in the

middle. Because of this, itsflavor profile is quite unique.

GreenishOolong

This particular blend is madefrom lemongrass, dried ginger, and linden flower. It is naturally

decaffeinated for those whowould prefer a hot beverage

without caffeine
