MerryChristmas
Winner!
Where do we go from here?
What have we learned?
Are we willing to go?
Celebrate God all day, every day. I mean, revel in him! Make it as clear as you can to all you meet that you’re on their side, working with them and not against them. Help them see that the Master is about to arrive. He could show up any minute!
Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down.
It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.
Philippians 4:4-7
“The opposite of joy is not sorrow, but unbelief.”
Where will we go? Where are we uniquely gifted and called to lead? Where are we being most challenged, inspired and equipped?
Worry is a prison of our own making.
Joy is like a great meal.
Joy is WorshipWorship contains all other desires. It nourishes the starving soul,
welcomes the broken spirit and satisfies our restless longing for God.
Joy is WorshipHe has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end. Eccl 3:11
Joy is AttitudeAs the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God? My tears have been my food day and night, while people say to me all day long, “Where is your God?” Psalm 42
Joy is Attitude
No soul that seriously and constantly desires joy will ever miss it. Those who seek find. To those who knock it is opened.“
— C. S. Lewis
Joy is Participation
It is in the struggle and striving, it is the giving and sacrifice for a higher goal or purpose that the human soul achieves more than it ever thought possible.
Joy is Participation"The greatest proof of Christianity for others is not how far a man can logically analyze his reasons for believing, but how far in practice he will stake his life on his belief." T. S. Eliot
