You can now drag the picture wherever you want in the document. Watch for this icon to see to which paragraph the pictures are moving. The mouse icon pointing to the upper left with the dotted box underneath indicates that you are moving the selection. To copy the selection instead, hold down the Ctrl key while dragging, and a + will appear in the box.
You must select both the picture and the caption text, and then grab the caption text (not the picture) in order to drag both.
