Travelling- A routine process for every BITS Student (sometimes in case of emergency too)

Take up the Outstation Form and fill it manually Wait for the warden to get it signed (sometimes it

consumes a lot of time in case of an emergency) Submit one copy to –

MESS WARDEN’S OFFICE PARENTS INFORMATION MAIN GATE

Make Register Entry, Submit the form and then Exit
