IP Director is the industry standard tool for logging sports content.

Developed by EVS and connects directly to their high-end broadcast servers for the rapid replay of video

Pre-defined keyword grids in IP Director create a controlled vocabulary for each sport and means complete consistency in the application of metadata

Production vs Archive Logging

» A production log is not the same as an archive log» Production logging is typically live, in-game capture of key events only» Full archive logs will normally contain double the amount of entries of a

production log. » The aim of an archive log is to detail anything that will enhance the value of a

» Logging guidelines are developed in conjunction with our federations - they are the experts in their sport

» Our logging aims to capture every key action and moment » Time-based metadata attaches descriptive metadata to the exact point in the

match where the action occurs» We also log the exposure given to sponsors logos and advertising – this

increases both re-sale opportunities and provides a visual record for sponsors of any in-event coverage.

To create a multi faceted service that allows significantly enhanced access for differing use cases. Direct Federation access and conditional Licensee access to the full archive as well as a “shop window” B2B.
