1 There are several metal floor inserts that appear to be unused. Is removing them part of the scope of work?

5/14/2020 Town/Snyder Contractor shall remove all metal floor inserts. For pricing purposes contractor shall assume removing (25) +/-4" metal floor inserts/anchors. Repair, stitch-in, maple flooring to match existing. See attached photos for reference.
