    Of the 38 respondents to the survey who had experienced

    an emergency in which they requested aid,

    flooding (13%),

    hurricanes (26%),

    tornado (5%),

    firestorm (3%),

    #1 Need is

    operational emergencies (38%) such as power outage,

    source water contamination, major water main break,

    and lift station flooding

    77% of those requesting aid received it in less than 1 day
