This offer applies to eligible private retail buyers of new ILVE appliances during the promotional period. The offer strictly excludes; display stock, factory second & T2 stock, carton damaged, project and commercial. 6. Eligible Customer’s must purchase & have taken delivery of their eligible ILVE branded Appliances during the following Promotion Period: Start: 8:00am 1st February 2019 Ends: 6:00pm 30th April 20197. To be eligible to redeem the Cash Back offer, the purchase must be made in one instance, of ILVE branded product only, and is applicable to ILVE freestanding cookers in the below series: All QUADRA (excluding code P90FWMP/I), All Nostaglie & All Majestic8. The promotion may end earlier should stocks of the offered products not be available9. “Authorised ILVE dealer” excludes any on-line bidding or auction websites (i.e. www.ebay.com.au) or any unauthorised retailers. The Promoter recommends that prior to purchasing a Participating Product the customer verify that the retailer is authorised to participate in this Promotion10. Cash back redemption form should be filled out on-line or can only be emailed to the purchaser and must be completed in full by the purchaser ONLY (the form can be emailed to you by making a request to promotions@eurolinx.com.au) and it should be filled in, along with ORIGINAL ITEMISED RETAILER INVOICE AND FULLY PAID RECEIPT DATED ON OR BEFORE 30th April 2019, verifying purchase and full payment receipt. No cash back claims / redemptions will be accepted after this date.12. Once the offer has been redeemed there will be no refunds available on the purchased items.13. Once the items are paid IN FULL and delivered, please allow up-to 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the redemption form by the promoter (Eurolinx Pty Ltd) for the transfer of funds to be completed. 20. Full Payment of all items related to the promotion detailed are to be paid for within the promotional period.

21. Delivery of the purchased items must be taken no later than June 30th, 2019

22. Cash back claims will not be processed prior to delivery of the goods.

23. Cash Back amount is non-negotiable and cannot be transferred and is payable ONLY to the person/s listed on the sale receipt issued by an authorised ILVE approved retailer or reseller.

24. Promotion is for purchases made via consumer retailers only and excludes all commercial / bulk sales, items purchased off display, factory second and carton damage product.

25. By making a claim, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, each claimant consents to the information they submit with their claim being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other correspondence to the claimant. All personal details of the claimants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
