Definition of Eligible Learning
• First Aid Training/Health and Safety Training: Training which is a statutory requirement of an individual’s employment would NOT attract ILA Scotland incentives.
• Aromatherapy or art training: Given as a reward by the employer e.g. for the employee of the month would NOT attract ILA Scotland incentives.
• Training in MS Office 2003 : If required to improve staff skills following introduction of new software by the employer would NOT attract ILA Scotland incentives
• Outward Bound type courses : Participation in which is aimed to improve team building or personal soft skills would NOT attract incentives.
