January 31, 2012 To Whom It May Concern: Raven Davis has asked me to write a letter of recommendation that she can use as she pursues professional and educational opportunities. From June through August of 2011, I was Raven Davis supervisor in the Communications Department at Clear Channel Media and Entertainment Chicago. The company is comprised of six radio stations: WGCI-FM, WVAZ-FM (V103), WLIT-FM, WGRB-AM (Inspiration 1390, WKSC-FM (KISS FM) and WNUA-FM (Mega 95.5). Raven did an excellent job helping our department with various public relations and administrative projects. During her internship, she proved to be a great researcher, writer and editor. She assisted each week in drafting press releases, public service announcements and calendar event listings placed on all six of our station websites. She also helped with day-to-day office functions which included answering and returning phone calls, helping set-up and clean up after various business meetings and being available to assist wherever needed without complaining.
