Global Realities: The Next Ten Years

Tom Faranda is back with another keynote that promises to get you thinking! He’ll

tell us why he believes Canada, America and Mexico will become the most powerful

Economic Union in the world over the next ten years, surpassing the EU and the

China/Asia economic unions.

During his keynote, you will learn what is driving Canada to the highest growth rate in their history and why

they are positioned to become a major global player. You will learn why Mexico is on the edge of turning it-

self around into a powerhouse partner of North America. And finally, you will learn why America will thrive

over the next ten years. This program will astound you and provide you with ideas for growth and profit that

have never occurred in the past.

Senior Strategist at Infuse

Leadership in a Technical Environment We’re different! The experience of leading a company that competes in a technical business environment can be very satisfying, especially if it’s done well. Yet, the style of leadership this environment demands is much different than what consumer-oriented companies like Google or Apple require.

During this presentation you will learn some unique, inspiring and efficient leadership principles that work well in a highly technical environment. You’ll learn some of the pitfalls we face when we revert to using old manage-ment styles and techniques that are no longer relevant in today’s economy. Learn how to inspire your sales force, develop more contemporary leadership styles and hear practical leadership ideas that will inspire your staff to work together to produce brands and products that stand out in your respective marketplace.

Dr. Boogaert specializes in internal and external brand alignment, corporate leadership, crisis management and strategic planning as a principal in Infuse and Candela Partners. His book, “No Feet In Concrete: Leadership in an Entrepreneurial World,” received excellent reviews, earning designation as one of the Top 10 Business Books of 2001. His leadership process has been successfully implemented in organizations around the country and worldwide.

Mark P. Mills is founder and CEO of the Digital Power Group, an energy-tech focused consultancy and capital advisory group. He is a Senior Fellow at the Manhattan Institute, writes the Energy Intelligence column for Forbes and is co-author of the book, "The Bottomless Well: The Twilight of Fuel, the Virtue of Waste, and Why We Will Never Run Out of Energy" which rose to #1 in the Amazon science category.
