I collected the results from survey monkey and analysed them giving me a better understanding of what people would like to see from my Trailer. This task helped me to understand what my audience wanted to see.

Create a risk assessment for my trailer. Look at all of the possible safety hazards that could occur.

Completed my Risk Assessment looking at all the possible safety hazards. Started working on the Script for my Movie Trailer.

Continue working on the script for my Movie Trailer, adding different camera angles/shots.

I Finished my Storyboards and started working on my location Recce.

I plan to finish my Location Recce and start working on Shooting Schedules.

I managed to create my Shooting Schedule. The next thing that I need to do is start filming my trailer, filming will take place between 14/03/14 – 18/04/13.

Due to people not being available to film, I filmed some footage that didn’t require any people such as hallways and stairs.

My plan for next week is to find the time to film more important scenes with people in them. I want to shoot scenes with different camera angles in order to get the best look I can for my trailer. This will also help when I am putting my trailer together because I will have more

I didn’t manage to film any scenes this week due to being ill on the days I planned to film. I started working on editing the footage that I already have leaving parts blank in the project where I will later add in the scenes that I have not yet filmed.

For next week I plan to have some new scenes to work on for my final trailer and add any effects needed through editing.

I filmed some new scenes however I think I can improve their camera angles to make them look more professional.

I will be re shooting the scenes that I had this week to see if I can improve any of their camera angles and quality.

I filmed some scenes but ran into problems; most of the scenes that I had filmed didn’t turn out like I had planned for the second time. This gave me the idea to create a simpler trailer that doesn’t require much talking. I now plan on creating a shorter trailer than I originally planned to. My trailer will have the same storyline but It will act as a teaser trailer. This way I will not need to properly explain or introduce any characters as it’s a teaser trailer and they are supposed to be unclear.

We have a two week break from college. I have thought out my new Idea and plan to shoot the rest of my footage in these two weeks off college. Whilst away I will be looking at different soundtracks which I can use for my Trailer. Once back from the two week holidays I plan to have my soundtrack chosen and all my footage filmed so I can focus on finishing my edit.

I am back from the two week holiday and have managed to film most of the scenes for my trailer. The scenes are of good quality and will help to improve the overall quality of the final product.

My Plan for next week is to film the rest of the scenes for my trailer and try to finish the final edit of my trailer

I filmed a few more scenes of my trailer but have still not yet managed to complete filming or the final edit.

I managed to finish filming the rest of the scenes and edit most of my final trailer however; I have not yet managed to finish editing.

I have almost completed my final edit but I need to spend more time creating the movie titles and production logos to give them a more professional look.

Mon W/B 16/05/14(Detailed Weekly Summary

My movie titles are complete and I believe to be good quality. I have added them to my final edit and managed to finish my trailer. I created a new survey on survey monkey where I will gather responses from people on how well they believe I did my final project. There are different questions in the survey that need to be answered. These answers will give me some feedback on how well I created my Teaser Trailer. I have also managed to start working on my final evaluation.

I plan to upload any work that is outstanding on my blog and gather the responses from the survey that I sent out. I will then try to complete my evaluation of my final product for next week.
