PLUS system US, Germany, Sweden, UK and Austria. European Customers include: EDF (France), Iberdrola (Spain),
ENEL (Italy) MVV (Germany) US Customers include the leaders in the power industry: Southern,
Duke, Ameren, PPL, Dominion, and CMS. Over 80,000 active operating network elements deployed and over
20,000 world-wide users. Largest Commercial Operation: 90,000 HH Passed/ 12,000 users.
Main.net’s BPL ComponentsFour BPL Network Components
Medium Voltage Modem CuPLUS is the interface between the PLC
network and the traditional backhaul connection.
RpPLUS is a PLC network repeater that expands the reach of the network.
Medium Voltage Coupler Overhead Coupler Neutral Coupler URD Coupler
Customer Modem NtPLUS is the network termination device
which connects the customers’ PC to the Internet.
BPL Network Monitoring System NmPLUS is the PLUS element network
monitoring and maintenance system PLUS Modem (RpPLUS)
