COMPANY BACKGROUND

Founded in 1996, Idea Workshop is a Minneapolis-based B2B

marketing company focused on creating customer engagement

solutions to increase sales and distribution for our clients’ brands in

various channels of distribution.

Company principals have roots in retail and wholesale

merchandising, marketing and management.

We work with many of the nation’s leading apparel and food

brands creating strategies and promotions to grow their business

while ensuring brand integrity.

ENGAGING THE CHANNEL

We employ a strategy to collectively focus customer loyalty, employee and

associate engagement, and financial performance into a complete circle of

prosperity. We use the methodology to assess a client’s needs and

opportunities, and create a strategy and implementation plan to engage the

intended audience for attaining the desired results.

We establish the distribution model, create the incentive programs, and

engage the stakeholders to connect with the brand and produce

sustainable revenue.

retailer, distributor, and broker and field sales force.

links operators to sales representatives and the brand.
